Meet Your Instructors
To ensure each of our students gets the help, information, and comfort they need, we maintain a 4:1 student-to-teacher ratio. There are always 3-4 instructors sharing demonstrations, lessons, and one-on-one help throughout all of our courses!

Jeffry Lohr (The Master)
Jeff build this whole dang operation. No kidding. Jeff and Linda bought the farm on which the shop sits and built their home, the shop, and our sawmill from the ground up. He has been woodworking his entire life and earned a degree in Industrial Arts (concentration in woodworking) from Millersville University. He has trained 20+ apprentices over the years and went on to build this school in order to teach the public proper shop safety, woodworking technique and habits, and beautiful, stable furniture design.

Eoin came over from the UK and started his time with us here at Lohr Woodworking in 2006. He began as a student but quickly became a member of the team. His education and work background is rooted in civil engineering while his woodworking experience began with guitar making. He makes furniture pieces and instruments of his own design as well as helps us here in the making of some of our custom commission furniture. He teaches in all of our classes and takes all of the photographs of our finished pieces.
